As part of the Area Loan Origination within the Tribe Business lending you do this by improving steps in the customer journey for loan origination, together with your squad. Our ambition to be the best bank in business lending inspires you to do deliver maximum results for our customers and bank. As a product owner you will work in one of our squads that are focused on improving different steps in the customer journeys. You interact closely with your stakeholders to identify improvements for the steps in the journey your squad is working on. You develop and maintain a vision and storyline for your product. You ensure that changes related to policies, processes, data, systems, functional support, training and monitoring & reporting are prioritized to be executed by your multi-functional squad. Tribe Business Lending is part of Business Clients, positioned in the 2nd Line of Responsibility and works agile in accordance with the Simplified@Scale principles.
